There’s no clock on our calls or meetings we don’t stop until you’re fully satisfied and all your questions or queries have been answered. This isn’t a generic mentorship program; you’ll receive hands-on support and tailored advice based on your unique needs and goals. You don’t need to keep renewing your mentorship annually we’re here for you long after the formal program ends, ensuring you continue to succeed and grow in your property ventures.

12. Do I get access to property sourcing through the mentorship?

Yes, as part of our mentorship program, you’ll receive free property sourcing. We’re always actively looking for potential investment opportunities, and we share these with our mentees at no additional charge unless specified otherwise. Unlike other companies in the industry that start their sourcing fees at £3,000, we keep our sourcing fee capped at just £999. We believe in providing real value to our mentees, ensuring you have access to the best opportunities without being burdened by excessive fees.

What is "A Day in the Life"?

"A Day in the Life" is a full-day immersive experience with Shazaib, the founder of Khukhar Properties. Designed for aspiring property investors, this service offers behind-the-scenes access to our projects, strategies, and networks. You’ll visit completed and live developments, explore deal stacking and SSAS pension strategies, and get your questions answered over lunch and dinner. It’s the perfect introduction to property investment, helping you decide if it’s the right path for you while demystifying the process with real-world insights.

The 6 Months Plan:

This plan is designed for first-time buyers or investors who are starting their property journey with limited funds. It offers an affordable way to turn your property investment dreams into reality.

With this membership, you'll receive consistent one-on-one support whenever you need it—just schedule a call, and we'll address all your queries. There’s no course or pre-recorded material—this is personalized mentorship focused entirely on you and your goals.

Unlimited contact with the mentor for prompt responses (unscheduled), if available.
Logistics costs covered for in-person meetings (up to £99).

Option 3: Joint Venture (JV) Mentorship Program

This program combines all the benefits of the Platinum Mentorship Program, with additional opportunities for hands-on collaboration and profit sharing. Here’s what’s included:

Profit Sharing: The mentorship fees are capped at the Gold Membership level, with a 50-50 split of pre-tax profits on any projects undertaken during the mentorship.
Mentee Investment: You, the mentee, will provide all capital, disbursements, and refurbishment costs for any joint projects.
Mentor Guidance: You will receive full guidance from the mentor, who will oversee and drive the project based on experience (without providing regulated financial advice).

Each program is designed to provide ongoing, personalised support to help you succeed in property investing, with options to suit your level of involvement and goals.
